Senior Technical Consultant with deep expertise in .NET technologies and SQL Server, who can lead end-to-end solution delivery, engage with senior stakeholders. Good to have experience in React.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop enterprise-grade applications using .NET (C#/ASP.NET/Core) and SQL Server.

2. Optimize database performance, write advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, and implement data integrity solutions.

3. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and analysts.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and business analysts.

5. Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation including functional specs, technical designs, and user manuals.

6. Support production systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and performance.

7. Strong hands-on experience with .NET Framework/Core, C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs, and Entity Framework.

8. Expert-level proficiency in SQL Server, including performance tuning, indexing strategies, and complex query writing.

9. Proven experience in stakeholder management and business process mapping.

10. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

11. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with DevOps practices.
