Your work profile:

As a Manager in our SAP practice, you will:

• Lead SAP MM workstreams across large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, upgrade, and transformation programs.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand procurement and inventory management requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Drive solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
• Design and implement processes across Procurement, Inventory Management, Material Master, Vendor Master, Release Strategy, Logistics Invoice Verification, and Material Valuation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across SAP FI/CO, SD, PP, EWM/WM, and Ariba to deliver integrated business solutions.
• Lead client workshops, fit-gap assessments, process design discussions, and solution validation sessions.
• Manage project risks, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review functional specifications, testing artifacts, training materials, and project documentation to ensure delivery quality.
• Mentor and coach team members, providing functional guidance and supporting their professional development.
• Support practice development initiatives, proposal development, effort estimation, and pursuit activities.

Key skills required:

• 8-12 years of SAP consulting experience with a strong focus on SAP MM.
• Experience in at least two end-to-end SAP implementation programs.

• Procurement & Purchasing
• Inventory Management
• Material Master & Vendor Master Data
• Release Strategy
• Logistics Invoice Verification (LIV)
• Material Valuation & Account Determination
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Procurement and Inventory Management processes.
• Strong understanding of integration between SAP MM and SAP FI/CO, SD, PP, and EWM/WM.
• Experience managing client stakeholders and leading offshore/onshore delivery teams.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Experience within Retail, Consumer Products, FMCG, Grocery, Fashion, or E-commerce industries.
• Experience with:
• SAP Retail
• Merchandise Procurement
• Store Replenishment
• Distribution Center Operations
• Omnichannel Inventory Management
• Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI)
• Exposure to SAP Ariba, SAP EWM, SAP Fiori, or SAP MDG.
• SAP S/4HANA or SAP MM certification.
