Job Title: Enabling Area - Partner and ED - Assistant Manager - L&D
Key Result Areas
• Undertake end to end process of Partner hiring including on-boarding
• Updating SAP, Outlook, internal systems on a periodic basis
• Preparing Cash-Flow statement for projecting cash requirement & global funding
• Implement automation & improvements for generation of reports and dashboards
• Gather business requirements, interpret & analyse and present them to Leadership through dashboards, reports
• Working alongside teams like IT, Finance, Regulatory and Business COOs
• Address ad-hoc requirements related to Partner / Executive Directors
• Review and suggest periodic changes in Firm’s policies
