Work you’ll do
As part of the Marketing team of Deloitte India, you will be responsible for driving and executing marketing campaigns for our key go-to-market and eminence initiatives
Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and execute multi-channel and integrated marketing campaigns for Tax/ firm-level programmes, and other business priorities that need to go to market and eminence activations. This could include the following activities:

- Manage on-the-ground and digital events end-to-end from developing invites, mail outs, creating concepts, and seamless execution
- Ensure social media amplification for key marketing campaigns
- Manage an overall calendar of marketing activities for the year
- Maintain regular activity trackers and leadership updates
- Leadership and strategic communications
- Creative events and campaigns both internal and external
- Create strategy reports and presentations
- Oversee and manage the marketing budget
- Track KPIs of marketing campaigns
- Ensure brand guidelines and risk compliances are adhered to for all campaigns
Requirement: We are looking for you…apply if you…
- Have a Masters or Bachelors – in inter-disciplinary areas, liberal arts, communications, marketing, management preferred but a specific subject is not a key criteria
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel, etc.
- Has a flair of Tech and Martech and is aware of the latest trends in Martech
- Has awesome communication skills (written & verbal) – WOW us!
- Ability to grasp new information and understand the diverse businesses that Deloitte has
- Believe that collaboration is not just a buzzword! You must be ready and excited to work with diverse teams and levels of people with commitment, sincerity, and patience
- High E.Q and I.Q
- Well-organised and detail-oriented
- Good knowledge of creative design concepts, with an emphasis on quickly developing high-quality presentations for use in client-facing documents and presentations
- Strong project management and coordination skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Have great ideas and are willing to add fresh perspectives to projects you work on, but while great ideas are welcome, you must be able to deliver on timelines execution and keep your project deadlines in check
- Uses data to measure results and inform decision making and strategy development
- Proven ability to be self-directed and work with minimal supervision and high attention to detail
- The only non-negotiable skill is having tons of common sense and a proactive and positive approach to learning and trying out new ideas on the job!
