Job Title: Enabling Areas | Human Resources | Senior Executive | HRMS
HRMS Profile Management:
- Administer and manage employee profiles within the HRMS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Monitor system updates and profile changes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure seamless integration of employee data across various HRMS modules (e.g., payroll, benefits, performance management).
Data Management:
- Maintain and manage the integrity of all employee data within the HRMS, including data entry, updates, and reporting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any data discrepancies or inconsistencies within the system.
- Develop and maintain data management processes to ensure security, accuracy, and compliance with privacy regulations.
Interface Management:
- Work closely with IT teams to manage and maintain the HRMS interfaces with other internal systems (e.g., finance, timekeeping, recruitment platforms).
- Ensure smooth data flow between the HRMS and external systems, and address any interface issues promptly.
- Monitor and test system interfaces to ensure functionality, reporting, and integration are running as expected.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Generate regular reports on HRMS data, ensuring data-driven insights to support HR decision-making.
- Analyze HRMS data trends and work with HR leadership to recommend improvements or optimizations.
