Job Title: Enabling Areas - IT - Assistant Manager | Technology Compliance
Primary purpose of the role:
- Planning & Program Management- Technology Compliance
- Identifying critical demands and create a mechanism to track their progress using the analytical tools and creating dashboards
Major responsibilities & deliverables:
- Coordinate with Businesses, TOM functional specific leads and prioritize technology solutions
- To ensure that IT is engaged for appropriate architecture, technical solution, security, & cost considerations/capacity planning
- To see if Common PMO tools and processes are institutionalized and being followed religiously
- All applications and systems are maintained in an approved central inventory repository
- Project status accessible to business and technology stakeholders through common portfolio reporting
- To participate & record Budgeting and planning for all Deloitte technology assets (to be done jointly by Business and TOM team)
- Assess project on-boarding and governance process for gaps with Global TOM Planning and Program Management Standard requirements
- Develop or revise project on-boarding and governance process to address gaps identified during assessments
- Review the Global TOM Planning & Program Management Standard and track project progress in project management tool
- Identify and action revisions or replacement of project activities in Program Management tool.
- To regularly report project progress through interactive dashboards
Skills Required:
- Techno Functional Skills (who can think both as a businessperson and a technical expert)
- Possess strong Communication, analytical, creative, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional documentation skiills (Creating detailed User Manuals, developing Technical Specifications, maintaining Project Documentation, writing Standard Operating Procedures, creating Minutes of the Meetings (MoM's) and creating Training and reference Materials)
- Good Hands on Program management, presentation skills (ppt, Power BI etc.), analytics and spreadsheet tools.
- Capable of appreciating & interpreting IT processes around security, confidentiality and data integrity and translating it into proper check and control transactions
Qualifications required:
B. Tech/BE –Computers/B.Sc. Computers/BCA/BIT and PGDBIT/MCA/MBA-Systems (IT)/ M.Sc. –Computers
Experience required, Any Specific Industry / Company exposure:
Over 4 years of comprehensive experience, including more than 3 years dedicated to defining processes and policies across various functional projects, with a strong focus on compliance and program management.
