About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end hiring activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to the recruitment lifecycle and an opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Conduct initial HR screening calls
• Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment databases
• Support in drafting job postings
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Assist in offer rollout and onboarding activities
