Executive | Enabling Area - Risk & Brand Protection| Conflict Check 

Location:  Mumbai 

The team 

Conflicts team is a central team which assists the engagement team in the client and acceptance procedure. The team works closely with the business and function across service line to provide them evaluation of the conflicts. The team works on the set procedures and policies provided by Global team  

Your work profile 

• Have work experience on the area of Risk management. 

• To be able to display good analytical skills in the work performed. 

• Provide an excellent customer-oriented attitude and experience to the clients (internal teams) by guiding and offering them the most appropriate solutions about the process. 

• Display adaptability to learn new processes, concepts, and skills. 

• Maintaining appropriate SLAs required as per the process. 

• Be able to work within a team environment, manage multiple activities and coordinate with seniors and managers. 

• Exhibit good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. 

• Timely delivery work with no/minimal errors. 

• Be proactive in all the communication-ability to document and communicate the results of conflicts.\ 

• Be committed to self-development, seeking to understand own strengths and weaknesses, has self-confidence and a sound work ethic. 

• Have the ability to work efficiently with teams located in different geographies, as the role requires to connect with counterparties in different geographies. 

Key skills required:  

• Must have minimum 1 year experience in Compliance and Risk Management 

• Graduate/master’s degree of any discipline 

• Strong Command over English both spoken and written as a language
