· Have working experience on the area of Risk management.
· To be able to display good analytical skills in the work performed.
· Provide an excellent customer-oriented attitude and experience to the clients (internal teams) by guiding and offering them the most appropriate solutions about the process.
· Display adaptability to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.
· Maintaining appropriate SLA’s required as per the process.
· Be able to work within a team environment, manage multiple activities and coordinate with seniors and managers.
· Exhibit good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
· Timely deliver work with no/minimal errors.
· Be proactive in all the communication-ability to document and communicate the results of conflicts.
· Be committed to self-development, seeking to understand own strengths and weaknesses, has self-confidence and a sound work ethic.
· Have the ability to work efficiently with teams located in different geographies, as the role requires to connect with counter-parties in different geographies.
· Be able to assist in any compliance-related assignments that may arise from time to time.
