Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Executive Director with extensive experience in leading large-scale technology implementations, particularly within the marketing and commerce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in omnichannel strategies and have a proven track record of delivering end-to-end digital transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive large-scale, end-to-end technology implementation programs across marketing and commerce platforms.
- Define and execute omnichannel strategies to enhance customer experience across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure alignment between technology solutions and marketing/commercial objectives.
- Stay abreast of and implement latest trends and technologies in marketing automation, customer experience, and digital commerce.
- Provide strategic direction on platform selection, architecture, and integration across ecosystems.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including internal teams, vendors, and partners, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process optimization, automation, and scalable solutions.
- Ensure governance, risk management, and compliance across all implementation initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on digital transformation and technology investments.
Key Requirements
- 18+ years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise implementations.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale implementation engagements end-to-end.
- Strong expertise in omnichannel customer experience and digital commerce ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of marketing technologies (MarTech) such as CRM, marketing automation, personalization, and analytics platforms.
- Experience working with modern commerce platforms (e.g., eCommerce, headless commerce, marketplaces).
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills with the ability to influence at executive levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage multiple complex programs simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
