Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Analyst with 2-3 years of experience in PLSQL and a solid understanding of Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA). The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting, maintaining, and optimizing our OFSAA implementation, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for system enhancements and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

a)      Work closely with business and IT teams to implement, maintain, and troubleshoot the OFSAA solution.

b)      Develop, optimize and document complex PLSQL queries, stored procedures, and data manipulation processes within the OFSAA framework.

c)      Monitor and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across various OFSAA modules.

d)      Participate in the design and development of data models, ETL processes, and reporting solutions.

e)      Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of OFSAA applications.

f)       Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

g)      Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, including specifications, test plans, and system configuration.

h)      Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in OFSAA and database management technologies.

Qualifications & Experience:

a)      Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience with PLSQL, including query optimization and database design.

OFSAA: Prior experience working with Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) is desirable.

b)      PLSQL Expertise: Strong PLSQL skills for querying, data extraction, transformation, and performance tuning.

c)      Technical Skills: Familiarity with SQL/PLSQL, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.

d)      Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, especially in data analysis and interpretation.

e)      Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.

f)       Additional Tools: Experience with Oracle databases, BI tools, and reporting frameworks is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

a)      Exposure to financial services domain or risk management solutions.

b)      Understanding of regulatory compliance and financial reporting requirements.

c)      Experience with scripting languages like Python or shell scripting.

d)      Knowledge of performance tuning and system optimization techniques in OFSAA.

Educational Requirements:

a)      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

b)      Relevant certifications in PLSQL, Oracle, or OFSAA would be an added advantage.
