Your work profile
As a Deputy Manager in our Global Business Tax Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
· Managing tax advisory engagements almost independently with minimal supervision
· Extensive functional tax experience with proficiency in report preparation.
· Knowledgeable in OneSource Reporting.
· Exposure in integrating with external tax systems.
· Capable of troubleshooting compliance issues.
· Experienced in end-to-end DRC project implementation and integration with S/4, OneSource.
· Good experience of S/4 FI module.
· Managing delivery of tax opinions / short notes / email responses on day-to-day clients’ tax matters
· Responsible for tax compliances such as filing of tax returns
· Training assistant and deputy managers and executives for their professional development and for creating stronger bench
· Delivering clients with tax technology assets through licensing and / or internal managed services
· SPOC responsibilities for end-to-end tax operate engagements
· Internal client codes management from the standpoint of time logging, invoicing, and collections.
· Business development including identifying new opportunities and mining existing ones
· Collaborating with other tax services lines / business functions for multi-disciplinary client requirements.
· Contributing to firm eminence programs / events
Desired qualifications
· CA 4-6 years experience in DRC (i.e. Documentation and reporting Compliance solution, which focuses on compliance / statutory reporting) in SAP / S4 Hana; and Knowledge of indirect tax law of APAC / EMEA region (GST / VAT)
· Strong Technical knowledge
· Analytical skills & conceptual clarity

· Effective communication and presentation skills
Location and way of working
· Base location: Delhi/ Mumbai
· This profile involves frequent travelling to client locations.
