The team

Global Employer Services (GES) provides compliance and advisory services to clients for them to manage their global workforce. The Mobility Offering provides advisory and compliance services to address complex employment tax and employment issues associated with expanding global workforces, including mobility, immigration, and payroll. The Reward Offering provides advisory and compliance services to address complex employment tax and employment issues associated with employee reward, including executive compensation, equity and incentives, and employment taxes. Your work profile

As an Intern in our GES Tax Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

• Supporting seniors in preparation of Tax calculation.
• Preparation and filing of individual returns of NRIs, VIPs and expatriates (inbound and outbound)
• Assistance in obtaining the income-tax clearance certificates to expats
• Preparation of various internal MIS.
• Liaising with clients as well as internally for relevant information.
• Uploading the tax return on the website
• Filing and preparation of engagement letters, invoices etc.
• Assisting in using GES technology tools for client work

Key skills required: 

• Pursuing Post Graduation
• Prior internship experience in finance/Tax domain
• Well-versed with- IT skills – PPT, Word, Excel etc.  
• Team Player
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Persistent and persuasive
