Job Title:  Manager | Adobe Campaign | Mumbai | Growth Office

Primary purpose of the role:

• Driving innovation through creative thinking and ability visually conceptualize design themes  

Qualifications

• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related graduates with 10+ years of relevant industry experience in a similar role particularly in a professional services firm/third-party KPO/IT-BPO company/advertising / media research/strategy teams within key technology companies.

Major responsibilities & deliverables:

• Designing high quality client centric deliverables including 3D/ 2D Videos for proposals , GTM materials (brochures, mailers, flyers ,posters , infographics)
• Creating various marketing/ eminence building assets
• Understand brand and use the appropriate colours and layouts. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Schedule projects and define timelines. Work with strategists, editors and creative team to produce the final design. Amend designs after feedback
• Connect with the stakeholders on project basis.

Skills Required:

• Ability to think creatively, aesthetically, independently and having good knowledge on all the media and current trends.
• Proficiency in Adobe -Suite, 3D Max , Unity and advanced graphics tools.
• Proficiency in MS office suite (PPT , WORD)
• Exposure and experience of working on GenAI tools
