Certified SPCs (SAFe Practice Consultants) or an equivalent in another Scaling Framework such as LeSS, Nexus, Flight Levels, etc. 

The person needs to be able to

·      Act as a lead trainer for Leading SAFe Trainings

·      Facilitate Value Stream Identification Workshops

·      Facilitate PI Plannings

·      Facilitate Value Stream Mapping Events

·      Act as a lead trainer for (Advanced) Scrum Master Training (Content developed by Joe Justice)

·      Act as a lead trainer for Product Owner Training

·      Run ART Health Check

·      Coaching of Managers leading ~1,000 people

·      Later, we also need: DevOps and Continuous Delivery Pipeline, Lean Portfolio Management, Solution Intent

·      To be trained by Wikiflow before Deloitte takes over: Daily Performance Management, Advanced Team Performance Training (ATP), Lean Agile Expert / baseline event, Lean/Agile Maturity Assessment, Agile for Hardware Training (Developed by Maarit Laanti & Joe Justice)
