Your work profile

• Lead end-to-end MEP project management for data center build-outs
•  Oversee design review, engineering coordination, and execution of MEP systems
•  Manage contractors, consultants, and vendors across all project phases
•  Ensure compliance with international standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
•  Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
•  Coordinate with cross-functional teams including civil, IT, and operations
•  Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
•  Ensure timely commissioning and handover of MEP systems
•  Monitor project performance and report progress to senior stakeholders
•  Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project execution

Key skills required: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of total experience in project management
• Minimum 5+ years in data center MEP projects
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, UPS, cooling, and fire protection systems
• Proven experience in managing large-scale data center construction
• Familiarity with Tier standards (Uptime Institute) and industry compliance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (PMP preferred)
