Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Manager to lead Oracle ERP Cloud Finance implementations and support projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Financial modules, excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Finance implementations (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, and other sub-ledger modules).
  • Conduct business requirement workshops and solution design sessions with stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and configure Oracle Cloud Financial modules accordingly.
  • Manage a team of functional consultants, guide them through design, build, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Oversee integration, data migration, and testing activities across modules and with external systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, integration, and reporting leads.
  • Drive project deliverables and ensure alignment with timeline, scope, and quality standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client for all finance functional-related matters.
  • Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with business processes, SOX, and audit requirements.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Minimum 8 years of Oracle Financials experience, with at least 5 Oracle Cloud Finance implementations.
  • Strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, and SLA.
  • Good understanding of financial processes, statutory reporting, and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
  • Experience in designing COA, legal entities, ledgers, and business units setup in Oracle Cloud.
  • Proven experience with Data Migration, Functional Testing, Cutover, and Post-Go-Live Support.
