- 10–12 years of experience in Guidewire InsuranceSuite delivery
- Strong expertise in P&C insurance domain
- Experience managing large, multi‑country or multi‑LOB programs
Leadership & Consulting Skills
- Strong people leadership and stakeholder management
- Experience in handling C‑level and VP‑level stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage escalations and delivery complexity
Delivery & Methodologies
- Expertise in Agile at scale (SAFe), Hybrid, or Waterfall delivery models
- Strong risk, change, and financial management skills
