We are looking for an experienced and driven Manager to join our Oracle Cloud ERP team with specialization in Oracle Fusion Projects modules. The role involves leading or supporting end-to-end implementations and rollouts of Oracle Projects applications including Project Financial Management (PFM)Project CostingProject BillingProject ContractsProject Planning and Control, and Grants Management. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand business needs, design scalable solutions, and deliver high-impact Oracle Cloud implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects for Oracle Cloud Projects modules.
  • Gather and analyze client requirements related to project accounting, costing, billing, and budgeting.
  • Configure Oracle Cloud applications in line with best practices and client-specific needs.
  • Design project structures, financial plans, contract setups, billing events, and costing rules.
  • Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICE components).
  • Facilitate CRP, SIT, UAT, and end-user training workshops.
  • Manage data migration activities using tools like FBDI and ADFdi.
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues and provide post-Go Live support and stabilization.
  • Maintain detailed documentation including configuration workbooks, test scripts, training guides, and SOPs.
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams including Finance, SCM, and Technical teams to ensure end-to-end solution alignment.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge development.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Project Management, or related discipline (MBA/CA preferred).
  • 5–8 years of total experience with at least 2–3 full-cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Projects.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud modules such as:
  • Project Financial Management (PFM)
  • Project Costing
  • Project Billing
  • Project Contracts
  • Grants Management
  • Project Control & Budgeting
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as FBDI, OTBI, Smart View, and BI Publisher.
  • Good understanding of project accounting principles, capital project management, and revenue recognition rules (ASC 606/IFRS 15).
  • Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Flexibility to work across geographies and time zones.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Oracle Cloud certification in Projects or Financials.
  • Experience in integrating Projects with other modules like Procurement, Finance (GL, AP, AR), and Time & Labor.
  • Familiarity with Agile, AIM/OUM methodologies.
  • Experience with project planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6) and time/expense integrations.
  • Industry exposure in professional services, construction, IT services, or public sector.
