The Team

Work you’ll do
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled L1/L2 Support Technician to join our Database Production Operations team. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in database management and support, with a strong focus on providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for various database systems. This role requires deep technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage and resolve database-related issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop generative AI models to enhance Clients digital solutions.
- Implement Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, and other AI techniques relevant to the industry. Integrate AI models with existing IT infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
- Deploy models in production environments ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, product development, and customer service to identify AI opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and apply innovative solutions to business challenges. Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data availability and quality for AI models.
- Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data augmentation techniques.
- Develop metrics and monitoring systems to measure the effectiveness and accuracy of AI models.
- Continuously improve models based on performance metrics and feedback.
