Your work profile

• Lead end-to-end program and project delivery, managing all phases from initiation, planning, execution, and governance through to successful closure.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, including milestones, workstreams, resource requirements, dependencies, and critical path activities.
• Coordinate delivery across business, technology, operations, and program teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and successful outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across all levels, fostering engagement, alignment, and effective decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish and oversee robust governance frameworks, including steering committees, working groups, executive reviews, and program status reporting.
• Drive accountability across stakeholders by tracking actions, monitoring commitments, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
• Identify, assess, and proactively manage program risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, scope changes, and escalations to minimize delivery impact.
• Lead virtual infrastructure, data, and storage migration initiatives, ensuring seamless transition with minimal business disruption.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing representative, managing client relationships and delivering effective engagement both onsite and remotely.
• Support business development activities by identifying growth opportunities, expanding project scope, and contributing to proposal and solution development.
• Monitor project financials, resource utilization, and delivery performance to ensure adherence to budget, quality, and timeline objectives.
• Ensure successful delivery outcomes through strong execution management, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous stakeholder communication.

Key skills required

·      10-12+ years of strong Project Management experience especially in Business Transformation

·      Minimum 5 years managing the full project lifecycle 

·      Knowledge about Data Protection Act (Not Mandatory but good to have)

·      Strong stakeholder, customer, change, risk management experience and drive timely execution

·      Excellent communication and customer-handling skills

·      Proactive attitude, willing to learn, and fast learner

·      Experience preparing executive-level status reports and steering committee presentations

·      Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.

·      Flexible and collaborative approach with the ability to work across business and technology teams

·      Ready for Client visit for work-shops and meetings
