We work as an extension of our Deloitte member firms Value Creation Services (VCS) and Turnaround & Restructuring (T&R) practices and provide dedicated support throughout the project lifecycle, which includes our three key offerings
Working on international assignments involving cross-border and cross-service line teams allows you to build your networks across the vast Global Deloitte network and develop understanding of the global PMI standards.
The team is now developing its current capability across within the ICC in Mumbai which caters to the UK, European, Middle East and Canadian Deloitte firms.

Your work profile
- As a Manager in our Turnaround & Restructuring Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
- You will be responsible for driving Revenue / EBITDA improvement, implementing cost optimization strategies, conducting value scans, and utilizing benchmarks to enhance overall organizational performance. This role requires a keen analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
1. Revenue enhancement:
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify revenue growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, expand market share, and optimize pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive revenue generation initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track revenue performance and identify areas for improvement.
2. EBITDA improvement:
- Analyze financial data to identify areas for EBITDA improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives aimed at enhancing EBITDA margins.
3. Cost Optimization:

- Conduct comprehensive cost analysis across various business functions.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Implement cost optimization strategies while maintaining quality and operational effectiveness.
4. Value Scan:

- Perform thorough assessments of organizational value drivers and value creation opportunities.
- Evaluate existing processes and systems to maximize value delivery.
- Propose and implement initiatives to enhance overall organizational value proposition.
5. Benchmarks:

- Research industry benchmarks and best practices to evaluate organizational performance.
- Utilize benchmarking data to identify areas of improvement and set performance targets.
- Monitor performance metrics against benchmarks and recommend adjustments as needed.
6. Pricing Strategy
- Develop and implement data-driven pricing strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share.
- Conduct competitive pricing analysis and monitor industry trends to ensure market alignment.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to define optimal pricing models and discount structures.
- Evaluate the impact of pricing decisions on overall business performance and customer behavior.
- Utilize analytics and customer insights to identify pricing opportunities and recommend adjustments.
- Design and test pricing experiments (A/B testing, promotional pricing, bundling, etc.) to optimize outcomes.
- Prepare regular reports on pricing performance, elasticity, and margin analysis.
- Use tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or pricing analytics platforms) to monitor and adjust pricing in real time.
Key skills required:
- MBA, Masters in Finance, or related field with 5 to 7 years of experience
- Proven track record of success in leading revenue growth and pricing strategy, preferably in a complex corporate environment.
- Strong project management skills with experience in developing and executing integration plans.
- Strong analytical and business diagnostic skills
- Experience of working in a deal environment with senior management;
- Capable of analysis of business models and development of target operating models;
- Proficiency with MS office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- A flexible approach to business demands and experience of working to short time horizons.
- Excellent track record and strong academic achievements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of data sources such as Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Thomson etc. would be an asset
- Basic to advance knowledge of Excel
- Interest in working in a challenging and dynamic environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
