Job Description:

Architecture & Solution Design

• Strong hands-on experience designing end-to-end Reltio MDM architectures

(Data model → Match/merge → DQ → Integration → Workflows)

• Ability to translate business domain requirements into Reltio L3 model, entities, relationships, interactions.

• Expertise in defining master data domains, hierarchies, golden record strategy, and trust/survivorship.

• Experience architecting integrations across CRM/ERP/Legacy apps → Reltio → Downstream systems.

• Deep knowledge of Reltio architecture components:

Console, Data Modeler, Integration Hub, Graph Model, APIs, Match Engine.

• Ability to design multi-source ingestion strategy with crosswalks and ID mapping.

• Experience defining DQ framework, validation, enrichment, profiling, exception flows.

• Experience handling performance optimization for match/merge & API-based integrations.

Technical & Platform Expertise

• Reltio REST API design, API throttling, retry logic, and API-based orchestration.

• Strong SQL / data modeling skills.

• Experience with pipelines (IICS, SnapLogic, MuleSoft, Data Loader).

• Strong knowledge of MDM patterns: registry, consolidation, coexistence, centralized.

• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure).

• Ability to lead configuration reviews and ensure compliance to Reltio design best practices.

Delivery & Leadership

• Ability to lead the full lifecycle: roadmap → discovery → design → build → deploy.

• Experience mentoring developers and reviewing configurations.

• Experience with client workshops, requirement elaboration, and solution walkthroughs.

• Ability to drive data governance, stewardship processes, and RACI design.

Good to Have:

 Reltio Certification (Architect, Advanced Configuration).

• Knowledge of Data Governance tools: Collibra, Informatica Axon, Alation.

• Experience with microservices & event-driven architecture.

• Exposure to Identity resolution frameworks, addressed cleansing engines.

• Experience with DevOps pipelines for Reltio deployments.

• Experience in multi-domain MDM programs (Customer + Supplier + Product).

• Knowledge of Graph queries and Reltio Analytical Views.

• Experience in large-scale migration programs (legacy → Reltio Cloud).

• Exposure to data privacy, PII handling frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
