Your work profile

  • Lead end-to-end implementation or upgrade projects or transformation programs
  • Work with all stakeholders to create project plan as per delivery methodology
  • Coordinate across functional (Finance, SCM, HCM) and technical (integration, data migration, reporting) teams
  • Manage project resources, budget, timelines, risk mitigation and quality
  • Ensure adherence to implementation best practices and methodologies
  • Conduct regular project meetings, prepare & own status reporting, steering committee meetings, phase exits and stakeholder communication
  • Collaborate with external vendors, system integrators and internal teams
  • Oversee test planning & execution, cutover strategy, go-live, change management and post-production support
  • Should have strong critical-thinking capabilities to solve problems and think about wide-ranging issues and facilitate decisions
  • Should be able to direct, manage and motivate the project team in a multi-vendor and multi country environment
  • Handle the escalations and conflict within the project team
  • Ensure compliance with security, audit and governance policies

 

Key skills required

  • 8-15 years of experience working on ERP projects with atleast 4+ years in Oracle ERP
  • Education: ANY UGC
  • Hands-on experience with atleast two end to end Oracle implementations
  • Must have strong functional Knowledge in at least one Finance or Supply Chain module like Inventory, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Order Management, Procurement, Supply chain Planning, AR, AP, GL etc. Candidates with Only technical background are not desirable for this role
  • Implementation experience is a must-have. Only support project or AMS experience candidates are not desirable for this role
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • PMP / Prince2 / Scrum certifications (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams across geographies and vendors
  • Knowledge of conversions, data migration and middleware / integration is a plus 
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
  • MUST be flexible to travel
  • MUST be willing to upskill and work on any kind of programs, not limited to only Oracle transformations
