Key Skills Required
- Graduation in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) with post-graduation from NICMAR / RICS and 8–12 years’ experience in PMC / project management roles in real estate projects.
- Lead planning, coordination, and execution monitoring activities.
- Oversee contractor performance, progress, and issue resolution.
- Ensure alignment with approved scope, schedule, and quality requirements.
- Drive client reporting and stakeholder coordination.
