Our global network provides strategic guidance and implementation services to help companies manage data from disparate sources and convert it into accurate, actionable information that can support fact-driven decision-making and generate an insight-driven advantage.      

 

Your Profile

Project Manager with a strong background in Oracle Fusion ERP implementations. The role involves managing end-to-end ERP projects, coordinating with business and technical teams, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining project governance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management & Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP implementation or enhancement projects.
  • Manage project planning, scope definition, resource allocation, risk management, and timelines.
  • Prepare and maintain project artifacts:
  • Project Plan, RAID log, Status Reports, Communication Plan, Cutover Plan.
  • Conduct daily/weekly project governance meetings and steering committee updates.
  • Drive SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live readiness activities.

2. Oracle Fusion ERP Expertise

  • Strong understanding of at least one or more modules:
  • Financials, SCM, HCM, PPM, Procurement.
  • Coordinate with functional and technical consultants for configurations, integrations, reports, and data migration.
  • Review functional/technical documents (BRD, MD50, MD70, migration templates).
  • Manage Oracle SRs and coordinate with Oracle Support as needed.

3. Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact between client, internal teams, and vendors.
  • Translate business needs into clear action points for the project team.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and escalate risks/issues proactively.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and training coordination.

4. Quality, Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to PMO processes, delivery methodologies, and project governance models.
  • Drive quality reviews, testing cycles, and defect triage management.
  • Ensure compliance with documentation, security, audit, and internal controls.

5. Team Management

  • Lead cross-functional teams (functional, technical, integration, data teams).
  • Mentor junior resources and guide teams during critical project phases.
  • Coordinate offshore/onshore delivery models when applicable.

 

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8–10 years total experience, with minimum 5–6 years managing Oracle Fusion ERP projects.
  • Experience with at least three full-cycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementation.
  • Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies ( Agile / Hybrid).
  • Hands-on knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, etc.).
  • Experience in managing:
  • Integration workstreams (OIC/REST/SOAP)
  • Data migration (FBDI/ADFDI)
  • Reporting deliverables (BIP/OTBI)
  • Cutover and hypercare activities
  • Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

Good to Have

  • PMP / Prince2 / Agile / Scrum certification.
  • Oracle Cloud certification in any pillar (Financials, SCM, HCM).
  • Experience working in large global programs or Big 4 / consulting environments.
  • Exposure to multi-country, multi-entity Oracle ERP rollouts.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
  • Project management certification preferred but not mandatory.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and conflict resolution abilities.
  • High ownership, proactive problem-solving, and ability to work under pressure.
