Your work profile
. Lead logistics and supply chain advisory engagements across transportation management, warehouse operations, and end-to-end logistics networks.
· Drive assessment and redesign of logistics operating models, including inbound, outbound, and internal distribution flows.
· Own cost-to-serve analysis to identify profitability drivers, service trade-offs, and optimization opportunities across customers, channels, and products.
· Advise clients on warehouse strategy, network design, inventory positioning, capacity planning, and automation readiness.
· Lead transportation management initiatives including carrier strategy, route optimization, freight costing, and performance management.
· Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (procurement, manufacturing, sales, finance, IT) to align logistics strategies with business goals.
· Support solution design and implementation planning for logistics and supply chain transformation initiatives.
· Manage project delivery, including scope, timelines, risks, and client communication.
· Mentor junior consultants/managers and contribute to capability building, knowledge assets, and best practice
Key skills required
· 9+ years of experience in logistics management, transportation management, warehouse operations, or supply chain advisory/consulting.
· Strong hands-on experience in transportation networks, freight optimization, warehouse design, and logistics cost structures.
· Proven expertise in cost-to-serve modeling, scenario analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
· Experience leading advisory or transformation initiatives in logistics or supply chain environments.
· Solid understanding of supply chain KPIs, service-level management, and performance improvement levers.
· Ability to structure ambiguous problems and communicate insights clearly to senior business stakeholders.
· Strong analytical skills with exposure to tools such as Excel-based models, BI dashboards, or analytics platforms.
· Experience collaborating with technology, operations, and finance teams to drive end-to-end outcomes.
· Prior people management or mentoring experience preferred.
· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
