Your work profile

  • Define and drive overall architecture for SAP BTP projects.
  • Design the end-to-end flow for Joule agents
  • Translate business needs into scalable technical designs.
  • Oversee full lifecycle from design to deployment and support.
  • Provide thought leadership on BTP, emerging tech & best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews, ensure solution governance & performance tuning.
  • Lead and mentor development teams across engagements.
  • 10–13 years in SAP app development with strong focus on BTP (Fiori/CAPM/Joule).
  • Expertise in CAPM, Fiori/UI5, SAP HANA Cloud, integration (API, CPI, event-driven), Joule agents, skills.
  • Design and develop advanced Joule Agents capable of executing complex multi-step business processes.
  • Build custom agent skills, actions, tools, prompts, and workflows. Implement agent orchestration using SAP Business AI capabilities.
  • Optimize agent performance, response quality, and user experience.
  • Strong enterprise architecture, cloud-native & security principles knowledge.

 

Key skills required

  • Experience in BTP services – Job Scheduler, Event Mesh, HANA Cloud, BPA, Object store etc.
  • Experience in handling BTP integration with SAP and non-SAP systems for Joule and other types of App based integration.
  • Proven leadership in large-scale BTP projects.
  • Strong Knowledge of SAP AI Core, Joule studio is mandatory.
  • Build custom MCP tools exposing enterprise business functions to Joule agents and LLMs.
  • Excellent leadership & stakeholder management skills and Proven experience leading large SAP BTP transformation programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or equivalent.
