Skills Required

• Lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of SAP PAPM solutions to support profitability and performance management needs.
• Collaborate with finance, controlling, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into SAP PAPM functional and technical specifications.
• Manage end-to-end SAP PAPM lifecycle including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of SAP PAPM consultants and developers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize SAP PAPM processes and reporting.
• Work closely with SAP Basis, ABAP developers, and other SAP module teams to ensure smooth integration.
• Develop and maintain documentation such as process flows, functional specs, and training materials.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
• Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for users and team members.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues related to SAP PAPM.

Your role

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• 7-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP PAPM implementations and support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Profitability and Performance Management concepts, including data modeling, scenario management, and reporting.
• Experience in integrating SAP PAPM with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, and other SAP modules.
• Proficient in SAP HANA and SAP BW architecture and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage SAP PAPM projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of finance and controlling business processes.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
