Your work profile

• Lead SAP FICO workstreams across implementation, rollout, transformation, migration, enhancement, and support engagements, ensuring successful delivery of finance transformation objectives.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including project planning, resource management, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, quality assurance, and governance.
• Conduct workshops with Finance and Business stakeholders to gather requirements, define future-state processes, and design scalable SAP Finance solutions.
• Drive solution architecture and functional design across SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Lead configuration and solution delivery for General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), Taxation, and Withholding Tax processes.
• Drive finance process transformation initiatives, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing optimization, reporting improvements, and compliance enhancements.
• Review and approve functional specifications, solution designs, testing strategies, and project deliverables to ensure quality and alignment with requirements.
• Collaborate with MM, SD, PP, PS, Treasury, Ariba, and other cross-functional teams to deliver integrated end-to-end business solutions.
• Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation programs, migration initiatives, finance modernization projects, and cloud transformation engagements.
• Oversee data migration, reconciliation, testing, cutover planning, go-live execution, and hypercare support activities.
• Manage project escalations, stakeholder expectations, resource utilization, and team performance across multiple engagements.
• Mentor and develop SAP FICO consultants, driving capability building, knowledge sharing, and delivery excellence.
• Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, estimations, proposal development, client presentations, and practice growth initiatives.

Key Requirements

• 9-12 years of SAP FICO consulting experience with deep expertise across Financial Accounting and Controlling processes.
• Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience managing SAP teams, workstreams, or large-scale project deliveries.
• Strong expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Product Costing, Internal Orders, CO-PA, Taxation, and Financial Closing processes.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, migration, or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of finance, accounting, controlling, compliance, governance, and financial reporting processes.
• Hands-on experience with financial reconciliations, statutory reporting, audit support, and compliance requirements.
• Deep integration knowledge across SAP FICO and related modules including MM, SD, PP, PS, Treasury, Ariba, and other SAP solutions.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management, solution governance, delivery management, and executive-level communication.
• Strong project management skills including estimation, planning, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance including Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Central Finance (CFIN), Group Reporting, SAP Fiori, Treasury & Cash Management, and financial transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BTP, RISE with SAP, and cloud transformation programs is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, and people management skills.
• Experience managing global delivery teams, multi-country rollouts, and complex transformation programs will be an added advantage.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• MBA (Finance), CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred.
• SAP FICO or SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is preferred.
• Additional certifications in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, Project Management (PMP/Prince2), Agile, or Scrum methodologies will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, SOX compliance, financial governance frameworks, and global finance processes is desirable.
