Your work profile

• Lead the SAP PP workstream across implementation, rollout, transformation, and support engagements, ensuring successful delivery of manufacturing solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct client workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders to understand end-to-end manufacturing, production planning, and execution requirements.
• Design and configure SAP S/4HANA Production Planning solutions covering MRP/MRP Live, Demand Management, PIRs, Make-to-Stock (MTS), Make-to-Order (MTO), BOMs, Work Centers, Routings, Production Versions, Planned Orders, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, Production Scheduling, Confirmations, and Goods Movements.
• Drive solution design, Fit-Gap analysis, configuration, testing, cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-production stabilization.
• Leverage SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing capabilities and Fiori applications to optimize production planning and shop-floor execution processes.
• Lead integration design and process alignment with MM, SD, QM, PM, FI/CO, EWM/WM, and PS modules.
• Prepare and review functional specifications for RICEFW objects, interfaces, enhancements, reports, forms, and workflow developments.
• Coordinate with ABAP, Basis, integration, and cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end solution delivery.
• Lead Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and business validation activities.
• Support master data migration and governance activities, including BOMs, routings, work centers, production versions, and planning-related master data.
• Manage project plans, deliverables, risks, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor junior consultants and drive adoption of SAP manufacturing best practices and continuous process improvements.

Key Requirements:

• 8-12 years of SAP PP consulting experience with strong hands-on configuration and solution design expertise.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and Manufacturing implementations.
• Hands-on expertise in MRP/MRP Live, Demand Management, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, Production Scheduling, and Production Execution.
• Experience leading at least 2 end-to-end SAP implementation, transformation, or rollout projects, preferably in S/4HANA environments.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing planning, shop-floor processes, production execution, and supply chain operations.
• Deep knowledge of PP integration with MM, QM, SD, CO, PM, EWM/WM, and other related SAP modules.
• Experience leading business workshops, gathering requirements, conducting Fit-Gap analysis, and providing strategic manufacturing solutions.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills with the ability to independently lead the PP workstream from design through go-live.
• Experience in testing, cutover planning, data migration, hypercare support, and business process optimization.
• Exposure to SAP PP/DS, Advanced Planning, MES integrations, and third-party manufacturing systems is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing or SAP PP certification is preferred.
• Exposure to SAP Activate methodology, Agile delivery frameworks, and cloud-based SAP deployments will be an added advantage.
• Relevant manufacturing, supply chain, or project management certifications are desirable.
