Job Title:  Manager/Senior Manager | Technical Product Lead| Mumbai | Resource Management

• Multi country Product implementation experience (Must)
• Experience working with multidisciplinary agile teams comprising Product development team (vendor), Talent team for hiring, IT team (Data team, Infosec, Infra team creative, analytics, and technology.

·      Proven experience in complex implementations, product management, or business strategy experience

·      Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring the most valuable and achievable items are being worked on.

·      Sprint Planning and Release Management: Work with the Scrum Master to plan sprints, ensuring alignment with overall product roadmap.

·      Oversee the release management process, ensuring that updates meet quality standards and timelines.

·      Conduct user research, analyze data, and leverage feedback to continually improve the product.

·      Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.

·      Drive innovation by exploring new features and technologies that could benefit the product.

·      Excellent ability to understand business requirements/impacts in a highly technical environment.

·      Deep knowledge of multi system integration Middleware or API (Must)

·      Extensive experience with project management skills and best practices.

·      Must have good communication skills both verbal and written

·      Must have experience in leading a team of developers.

·      Experience with Agile Development methodology. 

·      PostgreSQL, SQL Server 2012, 2008 R2

·      Microsoft Certifications or PMP a plus (Must)

·      Power BI,

·      Azure App Service and API ( Must)

·      Azure Devops

·      React, Node JS, JQuery, Angular JS ( Must)

B. Tech/BE –Computers, PG-MCA , M.Sc. –Computers or other equivalent

10 + Years of overall experience and 6+ (Mandatory) in Microsoft Azure Stack and Dot Net Core
