The team
Data Technology and Analytics uses innovative tools to analyze vast amounts of data in order to proactively or reactively identify opportunities for revenue enhancement, cost optimization, risk mitigation and strategic advice for our clients. The group specializes in electronic data sourcing, optimization, analysis, interpretation, prediction and modelling.
We work as an extension of our Deloitte member firms’ analytics practices and provide dedicated support throughout the project lifecycle. Working on international assignments involving cross-border and cross-service line teams allows you to build your networks across the vast Global Deloitte network.
We also have an active international secondment program for our staff after they gain relevant experience, we believe this plays a crucial role in the overall career and personal development of our staff.
Your work profile
As a Deputy Manager in our Data, Technology & Analytics Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
You will take on the role of a UI/UX Designer and Developer, where your expertise in front-end development will be key. You’ll work with technologies such as HTML, Angular, React, and .NET, and you’ll leverage multiple UX libraries to craft intuitive, engaging, and accessible user experiences.
Your ability to balance design thinking with technical execution will help drive impactful digital solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
Desired Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
· Experience: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Developer with a focus on front-end technologies.
Technical Skills
· Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React, and .NET technologies.
· Experience with multiple UX libraries and frameworks. Eg. Material-UI, SolidJS, Svelte etc.
· Strong understanding of web development best practices and user-centered design principles.
· Familiarity with version control systems like Git and Azure sprint board
· Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
Soft Skills
· Excellent problem-solving skills.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
· Effective communication and collaboration skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
· Experience with TypeScript, RxJS, and RESTful APIs.
· Knowledge of Agile development and methodologies.
· Knowledge of back-end development and integration.
· Ability to create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows.
· Ability to present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to stakeholders.
· Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps)
· Experience deploying web applications

· Base location: Mumbai
· This profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
