Your work profile

As an Executive, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations

• Responsible for quantity surveying, billing, and cost control activities for real estate construction projects, ensuring accurate measurements, timely bill certification, and compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.

  • Prepare and verify quantity take-offs and detailed measurement sheets based on approved drawings.
  • Prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and calculate reinforcement quantities.
  • Prepare, review, and certify contractor and subcontractor RA bills and final bills.
  • Carry out rate analysis for civil construction items, including extra and non-BOQ items.
  • Verify BOQ quantities against approved drawings and actual site measurements.
  • Prepare material reconciliation statements for steel, RMC, cement, and other construction materials.
  • Identify quantity variations, billing discrepancies, and potential cost overruns.
  • Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and project managers for billing and quantity-related matters.
  • Maintain records of measurements, BBS, bills, and reconciliation statements.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable IS codes, and contractual requirements.

Key skills required:

• Education: BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 3–4 years of experience in civil billing and quantity surveying, preferably in real estate projects.
• Hands-on experience in BBS preparation is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, rate analysis, RA billing, BOQ verification, and material reconciliation.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Location preference: Mumbai-based candidates preferred; candidates must be willing to relocate to Mumbai.
