Job Description

➢ Track all significant changes and amendments in laws and for important regulators in India and International jurisdictions for updating compliance repositories.

➢ Carry out regulatory research and identify applicable regulations and compliance requirements thereunder to advise clients on their compliance obligations.

➢ Development of manuals detailing out compliance obligations for client’s business operations.

➢ Demonstrate good understanding of automated compliance management tools and support in updating client’s compliance repositories.

➢ Demonstrate good understanding of client’s business and generic compliance structures and functions as per industry practices and be able to resolve client queries on the new legal updates.

➢ Demonstrate good legal analysis skill and be able to interpret the provisions of the law from a pragmatic compliance obligation point of view.

➢ Possess a good presentation skill and be versatile to be a single point of contact for all compliance management related queries by client.
