Seeking a seasoned OIC Senior Consultant with strong expertise in designing, building, and governing enterprise integrations across Oracle Fusion Cloud and external systems. The role requires end-to-end ownership of integration delivery—architecture, development, reviews, testing support, and production readiness—along with guiding junior team members and partnering with client stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Lead development teams, perform code reviews, and provide technical guidance in Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP/HCM/SCM) implementation projects.
  • Integration & Development: Design and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Data Migration & Reporting: Execute data conversions using HDL (HCM Data Loader) and FBDI (File Based Data Import), and create complex reports using BI Publisher and OTBI.
  • Technical Design: Create technical specification documents, mapping documents, and design database structures (tables, views, triggers).
  • Client Management: Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to understand business requirements, and provide expert advice on best practices.
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot, debug, and provide performance tuning for Oracle Fusion application issues. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 4-9 years in Oracle Fusion/Cloud Technical roles, with at least 1-3 full-cycle implementations.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, OIC, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, and FBDI.
  • Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud (Financials) or HCM modules.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
