Your work profile

The role focuses on handling new business requirements, coordinating changes and ensuring stability of applications. We also have several migration projects which need close tracking leveraging below skill set.

Key skills required: 

• Manage and implement new business requirements and application enhancements
• Act as a bridge between business, development, and support teams
• Analyse requirements and translate them into technical solutions for microservices and APIs
• Coordinate with development teams for design, development, and deployment of changes
• Perform impact analysis on existing microservices and integrations
• Validate API changes and ensure seamless integration across systems
• Support minor production issues and ensure quick resolution (non-24x7)
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and suggest improvements
• Configuration and troubleshooting integrations involving APIGEE and Kafka
• Troubleshooting DEH, APIGEE and kafka integrations
• Work on Oracle database queries, data validation, and basic performance checks
• Participate in release planning, testing, and post-deployment validation
• Maintain documentation for changes, enhancements, and known issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Management, or a related field

• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture
• Good Understanding of API integration and enterprise integration pattern.
• Working Knowledge : Rest APIs, Json, http/https and SSL/TLS
• Working Knowledge : Kafka, Topics, Producer, Consumer, Partitions, ACLs etc
• Working Knowledge : API, Proxy, Policies, Oauth, KVM, Routing, Quota, Spike Arrest
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs / Web Services (JSON, XML)
• Experience in Oracle Database (SQL, PL/SQL)
• Knowledge of API integrations and service communication patterns
• Familiarity with log monitoring and analysis tools
• Experience with JIRA and Service NOW
• Basic understanding of Linux/Unix commands
• Experience with release coordination and change management

Key Skills & Competencies

• Experience in banking or financial services domain
• Exposure to API gateways and service mesh concepts
• Knowledge of OpenShift / Kubernetes
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, etc.)
• Understanding of messaging systems (Kafka, MQ, etc.)

Location and Way of Working: 

• Base location: Mumbai
• 5 days work from office & alternate Saturday’s working
