Job Title: Senior Consultant | APM: IT PM | Mumbai | Finance Transformation
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management
o Own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for some systems, applications, tools and processes in place to utilize technology
o Translate business needs into clear product requirements and prioritized backlogs
o Define success metrics, KPIs, and OKRs to measure adoption, efficiency, and business impact
o Balance user experience, cost, security, compliance, and scalability when presenting process and product solutions
o Drive continuous improvement through user feedback, analytics, and operational insights
o Serve as the primary liaison between multiple internal and external teams
Project & Program Management
o Lead end‑to‑end delivery of application implementations, upgrades, integrations, migrations, and decommissioning efforts
o Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
o Coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineering, security, infrastructure, vendors, and business stakeholders
o Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
o Communicate status, risks, and outcomes to executive and senior leadership audiences
o Ensure applications comply with enterprise architecture, security, privacy, SOX, and regulatory requirements
Operations, Enablement and Support
o Support production operations including incident management, root cause analysis, and service improvements
o Partner with change management, training, and communications teams to ensure successful adoption
- Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and reduce operational overhead
Key Skills required:
Ø Bachelors degree or Masters Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field
Ø 8-15 years of experience in IT
Ø Ability to manage cross-functional teams across multiple geographies
Ø At least 5 years in Technology Product or Project management or project delivery role (preferably in an asset management company)
Ø Proficient knowledge of project management concepts, from planning and inception through implementation and support (preferably AGILE).
Ø Global stakeholder management and executive communication
Ø Risk management and problem solving
Ø Excellent documentation and presentation skills
Ø Must be flexible & willing to travel to client location 5 days a week
Ø Product strategy and roadmap ownership
Ø Program and project execution excellence
Ø Proven ability to concurrently manage multiple end-to-end projects
Ø Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written)
Ø In depth knowledge of phases of full lifecycle development (SDLC, Scrum framework)
Ø A self-directed individual with a can-do attitude, a proactive nature and the ability to resolve issues with minimal supervision
Ø Experience managing and being accountable for various sized projects
Ø Self-motivated with excellent planning, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ø Experience with MS Project, Excel, Word and Visio
Ø Experience with Jira/Confluence Project Management tool a plus
