Your work profile

• Lead requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation of Advanced Planning Solutions (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Optimization, Production Planning).
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate planning processes into scalable system solutions.
• Configure, test, and deploy APS applications while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct process gap analysis and recommend best-practice planning solutions.
• Drive workshops, user training, UAT, and change management activities.
• Integrate APS solutions with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle, or other enterprise platforms.
• Support data validation, master data governance, and planning model optimization.
• Provide functional leadership, mentor junior consultants, and manage client relationships.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, enhancements, and issue resolution.
• Ensure successful project delivery with focus on planning accuracy, supply chain efficiency, and business value realization.
• Preferred experience with BY, Kinaxis, IBP, o9, OMP, APO

Key skills required

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Operations, or related field.
• 3+ years of overall experience with at least 5 years managing large transformation programs.
• Proven experience in Supply Chain or APS Functional
• Experience managing multi-vendor and multi-location programs.
