We are looking for a high-performing Senior Consultant to join our practice, with a focus on Rewards, Performance Management, and Talent Management solutions. The role involves leading key workstreams on client engagements, managing project delivery, mentoring junior team members, and partnering closely with clients to solve complex people and organization challenges.

This is a client-facing role requiring strong consulting skills, analytical rigor, and the ability to translate business strategy into practical HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Client Delivery & Project Management

  • Work with Project Managers to lead end-to-end delivery of client engagements across Rewards, Performance Management, and Talent Management.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
  • Own specific workstreams and deliverables within large, complex engagements.
  • Ensure adherence to Deloitte quality standards and methodologies.

Client Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders across HR and business leadership.
  • Facilitate client workshops, discussions, and decision-making sessions.
  • Communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to senior stakeholders.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Mentor and coach Consultants and Analysts on project execution and professional development.
  • Review team outputs and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance team culture.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in HR consulting, management consulting, or a similar advisory role.
  • Hands-on experience delivering solutions in rewards, performance management, and/or talent management.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in multi-stakeholder, client-facing environments.
  • Ability to mentor junior team members and manage workstreams independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
