Your work profile

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding and translation of business requirements into technology solutions.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder discussions, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Create and manage user stories, business process flows, functional specifications, and other project documentation.
• Work closely with development teams, UX designers, and business users to validate wireframes, mockups, and proposed solutions.
• Leverage SQL and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) to perform data analysis, data validation, and support business decision-making.
• Develop data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to enable data-driven insights and improve business outcomes.
• Conduct impact assessments, dependency analysis, and gap analysis across interconnected business processes.
• Define test scenarios, test conditions, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Demonstrate application functionality and enhancements to business stakeholders and end users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring effective communication, governance, and project alignment.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support project delivery through Azure DevOps Boards and related project management tools.
• Provide ongoing support during implementation, rollout, and post-production phases.

Key skills required

• Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, ECE, or related discipline OR MBA / PGDM from a recognized institute.
• Strong hands-on experience in SQL and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
• Experience in Data Visualization, Reporting, and Dashboard Development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working as a Business Analyst in digital transformation or implementation projects.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, user story creation, and functional documentation.
• Ability to conduct impact analysis, requirement validation, and testing coordination.
• Experience in Agile delivery methodologies and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Dashboarding experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
• Knowledge of JavaScript.
• Experience in Data Analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps Boards.
• Exposure to Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Experience in the Oil & Gas domain.
• Understanding of data integration and modern data platforms.

Preferred Experience

• 4-8 years of Business Analysis experience in digital transformation, analytics, or enterprise application projects.
• Proven experience engaging with business stakeholders, technical teams, and senior leadership.
• Experience supporting end-to-end project delivery, including requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and user adoption.
