Job Title:  Senior Consultant | CSAD-PM/BA | Mumbai | Customer Strategy & Design

We are looking for PM/BA profiles - 1 in Hyderabad and 7 in Mumbai. Hyderabad position - Banking domain technology PM with hands on experience of having managing large scale transformation programs. BA Skills:

·      Skilled in data lineage, data analysis and reporting using Excel and data tools

·      Proficiency in data visualization and BI solutions – SQL, Python, PowerBI, Alteryx, Tableau etc.

·      Detailed knowledge of all Microsoft Office products, i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio etc.

·      Knowledge of Confluence, JIRA is a preferred

·      Skilled in creating process diagrams, writing BRD/FRDs, use cases, scenario assessment, wireframes, gap analysis

·      Strong problem-solving experience in Change and Transformation environment

·      Strong listening, problem solving, analytical skills and excellent communication skills (both spoken and written English)

·      Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and documentation skills

·      Ability to operate in both agile and waterfall style project methodologies and understand deliverables required for each methodology

·      Attention to detail and high-quality standards of documentation, processes, and control environment

·      Must be a self-starter and a team player with prior experience in working in a global cross-functional teams

PM Skills:

·      Minimum 6+ years of work experience

·      Proven track record of leading large-scale projects with exceptional organizational skills

·      Experience in driving Executive and senior stakeholders discussions globally

·      Change management skills including definition of business case & scope, articulation of issues, challenges, risks, dependencies & solutions, status reporting and test execution, milestone tracking, benefits management, RAID, RACI, budgeting, forecasting, project governance

·      Has experience in creating SteerCo reports, program / project plans

·      Good understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)

·      Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, etc. PMP, Prince 2 certification are a plus. 

Domain - 2 roles in Retail Banking background; 5 roles with Corporate Banking background; Hyderabad - Overall Banking domain PM with having close view of managing technology projects
