About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architect with strong BFSI domain expertise to drive architecture strategy and digital transformation initiatives. This role will focus on designing scalable, secure, and compliant systems aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement enterprise architecture frameworks and roadmaps

  • Design end-to-end architecture for banking, payments, lending, or insurance platforms

  • Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions

  • Drive modernization initiatives including cloud adoption and legacy transformation

  • Ensure compliance with BFSI regulatory and security standards

  • Establish architecture governance, standards, and best practices

  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies

  • Work with tools like TOGAF, ArchiMate, and Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect

  • Mentor solution architects and technical teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • 8–12 years of IT experience with strong exposure to architecture roles

  • Solid experience in BFSI domain (Banking, Payments, Lending, Insurance)

  • Hands-on experience with enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF

  • Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, and distributed architectures

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud

  • Knowledge of data architecture, system integration, and security frameworks

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • TOGAF or equivalent certification

  • Experience with RBI regulations, PCI-DSS, or similar compliance frameworks

  • Exposure to fintech and digital banking ecosystems

  • Experience in transformation or modernization programs
