Job Title: Senior Consultant | Fusion Financials | Mumbai | Oracle
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Financials Senior Consultant to join our Oracle Cloud ERP practice. The candidate will be responsible for functional design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules.
The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, project managers, technical teams, and global delivery teams to deliver high-quality Oracle Cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional activities across Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand business processes and translate requirements into Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend standard Oracle functionality or appropriate extensions/workarounds.
- Configure Oracle Financials modules based on approved business requirements.
- Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, test scenarios, and other project deliverables.
- Lead and participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Support data migration activities, including validation and reconciliation of financial data.
- Work with technical teams on integrations, reports, conversions, and extensions.
- Provide functional inputs for OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Analytics reporting requirements.
- Participate in client workshops, requirement discussions, solution walkthroughs, and status meetings.
- Manage functional issues and coordinate with offshore/onshore teams for timely resolution.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to Consultants and Analysts.
- Support project planning, estimation, status reporting, and risk/issue management.
- Contribute to Oracle Cloud ERP accelerators, reusable assets, process improvements, and knowledge management.
- Support pre-sales activities, including RFP/RFI responses, solutioning, effort estimation, demonstrations, and proposal development, where required.
