Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Fusion Technical Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, combining technical expertise with strategic consulting to implement and optimize Oracle Fusion solutions for our clients.

As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality Oracle Fusion solutions while providing technical guidance to both internal teams and clients. You will play a key role in project execution, troubleshooting, and advising clients on best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions (Financials, HCM, SCM, etc.).
• Analyze business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure successful integration of Oracle Fusion applications.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure seamless alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion applications and third-party systems.
• Manage and resolve technical issues, perform system testing, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Conduct system performance tuning and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of Oracle Fusion applications.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations for Oracle Fusion best practices and technical methodologies.
• Mentor junior consultants and developers, providing technical guidance and supporting skill development.
• Lead client workshops and training sessions to enhance understanding of Oracle Fusion applications.
• Contribute to project planning, timelines, and resource allocation.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Applications (Cloud or On-Premise) as a Technical Consultant.
• Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware, SOA, WebLogic, and related technologies.
• Programming Languages: Proficient in programming languages such as PL/SQL, Java, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
• Integration: Experience in integrating Oracle Fusion with third-party applications using various tools (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle SOA Suite).
• Tools: Familiarity with Oracle JDeveloper, SQL Developer, or other relevant development tools.
• Certifications: Oracle Fusion Applications certification (highly desirable).
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
