Your work profile

The Senior Consultant is responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing the successful delivery of programs or accounts. This role serves as the primary point of contact between the organization and its clients, ensuring alignment of goals, timelines, budgets, and expected outcomes while driving client satisfaction and business growth.

Key skills required: 

• Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end Ataccama MDM development
• (L3 modelling → configuration → data load → match-merge → survivorship → integration)
• Entities, attributes, relationships
• Crosswalks & data sources
• L3 data model extensions
• Strong experience in Match Rule implementation (fuzzy, exact, token-based).
•  Experience designing Survivorship Rules (rule priority, recency, trust/best source).
•  Hands-on experience with Atacama Data Loader, pipelines, and data onboarding.
•  Strong SQL (validation, reconciliation, testing).
•  Experience using Atacama REST APIs for integration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with data profiling, DQ rules, validation rules.
• Understanding of MDM concepts:
•  Golden record
•  Trust & survivorship
•  Hierarchies
•  Merge rules
•  Metadata & data governance
•  Ability to analyze requirements and convert them into Atacama model/config.
• Ability to independently manage development tasks.
•  Experience participating in SIT/UAT cycles and defect resolution.
• Ability to review junior developer work (for 6–7 yrs candidates).

Key Skills &Competencies

• Experience with Ataccama Integration Hub, IICS, SnapLogic, MuleSoft.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud / AWS / Azure for deployment & pipelines.
• Exposure to Customer, Product, Supplier domains.
•  Basic Python or scripting knowledge for automation.
•  Knowledge of IDQ or any DQ tool.
•  Ataccama Certification – MDM Professional Certification/MDM Consumer Certification/Ataccama ONE Profiling & Discovery
•  Experience working in large MDM transformation programs.
•  Experience handling performance optimization for match/merge
