Your Work Profile

The Senior Mendix Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade low-code applications using the Mendix platform. The role requires strong expertise in solution architecture, enterprise integrations, platform extensions, and application lifecycle management. The candidate will independently drive the implementation of scalable and secure Mendix solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project delivery from concept through deployment.

Key Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience delivering at least 3–4 end-to-end Mendix projects from design through deployment.
• Strong expertise in Mendix Studio Pro, including advanced application development, performance optimization, and security configuration.
• Experience designing complex domain models, microflows, business logic, and user interfaces.
• Ability to independently design and implement Mendix-based solution architectures.
• Extensive experience integrating Mendix applications with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, OData, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Strong proficiency in Java for developing custom actions, connectors, and platform extensions.
• Experience with JavaScript, React Native, HTML5, CSS3, and SASS for custom widgets and front-end enhancements.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of application scalability, maintainability, and enterprise-grade development standards.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Mendix Advanced Developer Certification (mandatory/preferred for most engagements).
• Mendix Expert Certification is highly desirable.
• Experience with enterprise architecture and integration patterns.
• Exposure to modern DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile development methodologies.
• Experience working with global teams and enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of cloud deployment models and enterprise application modernization.
