Job Title:  Senior Consultant | Oracle HCM | Mumbai | HR Transformation

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Human Resources professionals with a strong background in HR consulting, HR transformation, workforce strategy, talent management, and business process improvement. The role is ideal for candidates who have worked in HR advisory, HRBP, People Consulting, or HR transformation projects and are interested in building expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM.

The selected candidate will leverage their HR functional and advisory experience to support Oracle Cloud HCM implementation and transformation engagements. Oracle Cloud HCM product training will be provided as part of the role.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5-8 years of experience in HR Consulting, HR Transformation, HRBP, Talent Management, Workforce Planning, or People Advisory Services.
• Experience working with consulting organizations, GCCs, BFSI, Logistics, Manufacturing, or large enterprises.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Exposure to HR audits, HR governance, organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, succession planning, performance management, or recruitment transformation initiatives.
• Experience conducting stakeholder workshops and presenting recommendations to leadership teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into process solutions.
• Bachelor’s /Post Graduation Diploma / Master’s Degree in any field

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to analyze HR processes, identify business challenges, and recommend process improvement and workforce transformation solutions.
• Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops and translate business needs into scalable HR process designs and system requirements.
• Support Talent Management, Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Performance Management, and Organizational Effectiveness initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to drive HR transformation programs, governance frameworks, and change management activities.
• Participate in Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects, including solution design, testing, user adoption, and process optimization.
