Job Title: Senior Consultant – Oracle Fusion Costing

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant specializing in Oracle Fusion Costing to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting the implementation, integration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Costing solutions for clients across various industries. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, configure, and enhance Oracle Fusion applications to meet business requirements and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and upgrade of Oracle Fusion Costing modules, including setup, configuration, testing, and support.
- Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion Costing solutions.
- Design and implement costing processes using Oracle Fusion Financials and Manufacturing modules, ensuring that the solutions align with business needs.
- Provide expert guidance on costing methodologies, including standard costing, actual costing, and transfer pricing.
- Optimize and streamline costing workflows within Oracle Fusion to improve business processes and increase efficiency.
- Conduct system integration and data migration from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion Costing.
- Perform detailed analysis of financial data, costing data, and reporting structures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle Fusion Costing and work with Oracle support to address technical problems.
- Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of Oracle Fusion Costing.
- Lead and mentor junior consultants, fostering skill development and growth.
- Stay up-to-date with Oracle Fusion updates, best practices, and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion Costing (or related modules such as Oracle Financials, Oracle Manufacturing).
- Oracle Fusion Expertise: Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Costing functionality, including integration with other Oracle Fusion modules (such as Oracle Procurement, Inventory, and Financial Management).
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SQL, data migration techniques, and Oracle Fusion technical architecture.
- Business Acumen: In-depth understanding of costing, financial management, and supply chain processes in large enterprises.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data, identify key issues, and implement solutions.
- Certifications: Oracle Fusion Financials certifications or relevant Oracle certifications are a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Project Management: Experience leading or supporting projects and managing client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with Oracle Cloud implementations or upgrades.
- Knowledge of global finance and costing standards.
- Experience in multiple industry sectors (e.g., manufacturing, retail, distribution).
- Oracle ERP or cloud certifications in related modules.
