Job Overview

 

PMO

Skills Required

1. Invoice Delivery

  • Ensures the approved invoice is sent to customer in specified format.
  • Secures user approval via email before submission.
  • Maintains records of invoice submission.

 

2. Payment Tracking

  • Monitors payment timelines and updates records.
  • Receives payment advice from the client and shares it with central team
  • Tracks follow-ups and payment timelines manually.

 

3. Collection Process

  • Receives reminders for delayed payments.
  • Submits collection timelines and justifications for delays.

Finance Team

  • Escalates unpaid invoices (beyond 30 days) to LTTP/LCSP.

 

4. Dispute Resolution

  • Reviews customer disputes and coordinates with the billing team.
  • Common issues include:
  • Milestone mismatches (FPP)
  • Attendance discrepancies (T&M)
  • SLA or other contractual issues
  • Submits revised invoices after necessary corrections.
